Senior Advisor and Trust Officer
Susanne joined National Bank as a Senior Advisor in Trust and Advisory Services in 2016. Prior to joining National Bank, she spent a number of years in a mid-sized Ottawa law firm working in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law. Susanne has worked with high-net-worth clients and their trusted advisors in order to translate wishes and intentions into legal documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts. In the event of death or incapacity, she also provides guidance to ensure wishes are respected and any conflicts are resolved in a cost-effective, timely, and responsive manner.
Susanne brings this expertise to her role in assisting clients of National Bank through their estate plan review and use of trust services.
Insurance & Annuity Specialist
Daniel has been working as an Insurance and Annuity Specialist with National Bank Financial Services since 2000. He has extensive knowledge of life, disability, critical illness and annuities and works closely with legal and fiscal experts. He has access to all major Canadian Insurance Companies.
Mr. Cadieux is also the specialist linked to the corporate sector and Private Banking 1859 for the Capital region.
Senior Personal Banker
Maxime Lalonde joined the National Bank as a Personal Banker in 2014. From day one, he has worked closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals by creating personalized financing strategies and offering banking solutions that fit their needs. In 2019, he was promoted to Senior Personal Banker and joined the National Bank Financial; where he continues to offer our clients his expertise.
Prior to joining the National Bank, Maxime worked as an Investment and Financial Security Advisor at another financial institution. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management in 2012 and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
